A client sends an archive. The system files everything into your folders, builds an inventory, flags mismatches and drafts an email asking for what is missing. The decision stays with your specialist.
The problem
Packs arrive as a heap of files with meaningless names: "scan0001.pdf", phone photos, a contract without its annex. Someone spends half a day sorting them, working out what is missing, checking amounts and dates, then chasing the client. The more shipments you handle, the more time goes on paperwork instead of the actual job.
What we do
- You forward the client's email with attachments. We accept them via the website, a Telegram bot or ai@delta-solution.pro.
- The system opens each file, identifies the document, renames it to your standard and files it in the right folder.
- It cross-checks the documents: amounts, numbers, names, dates.
- It produces a one-page inventory (what arrived, what is unreadable, what is missing, where figures disagree) and an email to the client listing what is missing.
- Your specialist reviews and approves. Customs classification, duty calculation and filing the declaration always stay with your specialist.
Results in numbers
- Our measurement on 3 November 2026, on our own sample packs (not client packs): the demo processes a pack in 1-7 seconds.
- How it performs on your real packs is measured in the pilot: share of correctly identified documents and time per pack, before and after.

FAQ
What happens to my documents?
In the website demo, files are kept for three days and then deleted; you can delete them at once from the results page. For the pilot, data terms are written into the contract.
What if the system makes a mistake?
It flags mismatches and lists unreadable files in the inventory. The decision and signature stay with your specialist.
We have our own folder and naming rules.
