1. Who operates this website

This website (delta-solution.pro), including all its sections and language versions, is owned and operated by DIAMOND EXECUTIVE AERO SERVICES LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE427538 (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).

“DELTA AI Solution” is a trading name used by the Company for its software and automation services. Using this website means you accept these Terms.

2. What this website is for

The website presents the Company’s software and business-automation services. It is informational: publication of any material here is not an offer, and no page on this site creates a contract between you and the Company.

Any engagement is agreed separately, in writing, in a signed agreement or an exchange of correspondence that expressly refers to these Terms.

3. Demonstrations and trial materials

Some sections let you upload documents to see how our software processes them. For those sections:

• uploaded files are stored for a limited period and then deleted automatically; the current period is stated on the page itself, and you may delete your files at any time using the button provided;
• a demonstration result is not professional advice — customs, tax, legal and aviation decisions remain with you and your advisers;
• please do not upload material you are not entitled to share.

4. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the website accurate and current, but we give no warranty that every figure, description or availability statement is free of error or up to date at the moment you read it. Where a number matters to a decision, ask us to confirm it in writing.

5. Intellectual property

All text, design, code, images and other materials on this website belong to the Company or are used by it lawfully. You may read and share links to the pages. Copying, republishing or using the materials commercially requires our written consent.

6. Personal data

We process personal data only to answer enquiries and to provide the services requested. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties except where required to provide the service or by law. To ask what we hold, to correct it or to have it deleted, write to da@diamond.aero.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
