An employee or client sends a receipt, invoice or statement. The bot enters the transactions into a Google Sheet or your database and reconciles cash. Your accountant reviews instead of retyping.
The problem
Documents come from everywhere: a photo in a messenger, a file by email, a report in Word. Someone copies the amounts into a spreadsheet by hand, cash does not reconcile at month end, and half a day goes on finding a single typo.

- Documents are sent to a Telegram bot or by email: photo, PDF, Word, Excel.
- The bot reads each document and enters the transactions in your spreadsheet: date, counterparty, amount, category.
- It reconciles cash and shows where the figures do not match.
- Anything doubtful is flagged for your accountant rather than guessed.

Will the bot connect to our accounting software?
We start with a Google Sheet or your database. Connecting to other systems is discussed on the call and written into the pilot scope if you need it.
What if a document is hard to read?
The bot does not guess: it flags the document and tells your accountant it could not read it.
Where are our documents stored?
Where data is stored and when it is deleted is set out in the contract before any work starts.
