The problem
In a small business, bonuses are often calculated by rules only one person knows: a percentage of sales, a shift allowance, an advance deduction. When that person is away, payroll stops. The employee is the first to notice a wrong bonus, and that conversation costs more than the mistake.
What we do
- We write down your calculation rules in plain words: base pay, percentages, allowances, deductions, advances.

- The system calculates amounts for each employee and shows which ledger lines each one came from.
- Your accountant or manager checks and approves the calculation. The system makes no payments.
- When a rule changes, we change the written rule, not spreadsheet formulas.

FAQ
Does it replace our accounting software?
No. The system calculates amounts by your rules and shows the working. Postings and payouts stay with you.
What if our rules are complicated?
We write them down on the first call. If a rule cannot be written down unambiguously, we say so before any work starts.
What happens to employee data?
Where data is stored and when it is deleted is set out in the contract before any work starts.
